If you make the stash for the Tower of Power, take out Tower of Power itself, Barking Kitten and Zombie Kitten / Streaking Kitten as well. After that Insert the Tower or Power and Barking Kitten and give everyone 1 Defuse and 7 cards. Put the Zombie- and Streaking Kitten as well as the Exploding- and Imploding Kitten in the draw pile shuffle it and start the game.
